Roast Pumpkin Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 300g pumpkin, de-seeded
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Preheat an oven to 200°C/180°C fan/400°F..
  2. Mix all the ingredients together on a large roasting tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes until soft through.
  3. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
