Ingredients

1⁄2 cup nut butter (your choice)
1⁄4 cup coconut cream/milk
2 tbsp warm water
1 tbsp tamari/ soy sauce
2 tsp coconut sugar/maple sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp finely grated ginger
1⁄2 cup kimchi

Method

MAKE YOUR KIMCHI STRETCH

Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender and use generously as desired.

Will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
