- Add the the kimchi, scallions, garlic, ginger, Gochujang, and sesame oil to the slow cooker.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker with the other ingredients and add water so that the pork it just covered.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours, or until the pork is fork tender.
- Once the pork is done, gently pull it apart into bite size chunks and serve with extra scallions.
