Cookie Dough Protein Bars

  • 1/2 cup almond butter or any nut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup oats or Medjool dates (blended)
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Line a small baking dish with grease proof paper & set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, regularly scraping down the sides. Fold through the chocolate chips.
  3. Transfer into a lined baking dish and press down into the pan. Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
  4. Remove the cookie dough protein bars from the refrigerator and slice into 12 bars. keep in an airtight container.
