Scarlett and Tamsin Allen are cousins, best friends and great-granddaughters of Myrtle Allen. They grew up at Ballymaloe House and Ballymaloe Cookery School, surrounded by delicious seasonal produce and great food made from scratch, so it’s no surprise that both love to have lots of fun cooking & teaching through demonstrations whether it is on TV or on stage.
