Aymeric Decourval is Chef de Partie at the Michelin-starred Lady Helen Restaurant at Mount Juliet Estate. Originally from France, Aymeric graduated from the prestigious Institute Paul Bocuse before continuing his culinary journey in Ireland .Over the past four years he has progressed through every section of the Michelin-starred Lady Helen kitchen, from pastry and starters to fish, meat and sauces, demonstrating exceptional versatility and commitment. He also has secured his place in the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year 2026 Final.
