NEWBARD FARM
Siobhán Hubbard runs Newbard Organic Farm, a family-run farm organic farm with her husband Ross in Lismore, Co. Waterford. Specialising in heritage breeds of pigs, free-range chickens, and seasonal organic vegetables and committed to animal welfare, regenerative practices, and sustainable agriculture. She has also set up Slí na Feirme, a farmer-led collaboration working to rebuild accessible, small-scale meat processing and routes to market for local livestock farmers.
