Sip and Savour Art in the warm environment of Butler Gallery’s Learning Centre!
Join us on Sunday afternoon for an exciting cocktail experience. 4 cocktails inspired by art within the Gallery’s current and past exhibitions will be created and tasted. Join in a cocktail class by Colin Hession (L Mulligan Grocer, Stoneybatter, D7) using some of Ireland’s most interesting spirits producers including; Cooleswan, Kinsale Mead Co, Valentia Island Vermouth, Ballykeefe Distillery, and Beara Bitters. While we sip there is an exclusive opportunity to view and chat about the artworks that inspired the drinks, including Tony O’Malley, Paul Henry, Vanessa Daws and Eamon Colman led by Food Designer Clare Anne O’Keefe.
