Join us at Statham’s for an extraordinary five-course culinary experience that will transport you across our county, highlighting the remarkable flavours of Kilkenny’s freshest ingredients. Our expert chefs, led by Ken Harker, have crafted a menu that pays tribute to the rich diversity of local produce, sourced directly from our trusted suppliers, the heart and soul of our food ethos. The menu will showcase many local ‘Taste Kilkenny’ producers.
The Statham’s team will be joined by a very special guest for the event – chef, author and TV presenter Rachel Allen from the award-winning Ballymaloe Cookery School.
Warm and bubbly, Rachel has authored multiple best-selling cookbooks and is highly regarded for her simple, yet delicious recipes, and her emphasis on quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Rachel will speak briefly about this philosophy while introducing guests to each course on the menu.
In collaboration with ‘MADE in Kilkenny’, members of this craft and artisan collective will showcase their exquisite tableware and dining accessories to highlight the best of Irish makers.
