Orla Drumgoole is a home cook and creator behind the Irish Mammy Cooks platform. Her debut book, The Irish Mammy Cooks Cookbook: 100 Recipes That Taste of Home, offers a comforting collection of traditional Irish fare, homemade breads, traybakes, and simple family-style dinners.
