Nathalie qualified as a personal trainer in 2016. She has since then built up her business coaching clients in the gym for over 7 years before moving her business online, also teaching classes & events. She shares advice & tips surrounding healthy living and building a balanced lifestyle on her Instagram daily.
In 2018 Nathalie qualified as a Nutritional & Health Coach from the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health. She now combines fitness & nutrition to help individuals across the world establish a healthy relationship with food, understand nutrition & achieve body confidence. She aims to showcase & help others find balance between extremes, enjoying all that life has to offer, whilst keeping on top of their physical and mental health.
