Kevin Dundon

Kevin Dundon is the chef and proprietor of Dunbrody Country House Hotel in County Wexford and one of Ireland’s best-known and best-loved chefs. He can usually be found busy in the Dunbrody kitchens, at his Cookery School, or sharing his recipes and passion for food with his ever-growing online audience.

At the heart of Kevin’s cooking is a passion for locally sourced Irish produce. From fresh seafood and quality Irish lamb and beef to fantastic fruit and vegetables, Kevin has always championed the wonderful produce available across Ireland – something we are certainly spoilt with here in Kilkenny too!

2026 is an exciting year at Dunbrody, with Kevin’s newly refurbished Cookery School welcoming home cooks back into the kitchen for a new programme of hands-on classes and demonstrations.

Kevin has been an integral part of Savour Kilkenny for many years, with his lively cookery demos becoming a firm festival favourite. SuperValu Loughboy has supported Kevin’s demonstrations since he first took to the Savour Kilkenny stage, and we are delighted to welcome them back as sponsor of his 2026 demo.

From his television appearances and cookbooks to taking on a completely different challenge on Dancing with the Stars and the High road- Low road TV shows, Kevin brings plenty of personality, humour and, of course, great food wherever he goes.

Kevin returns to the Savour Stage alongside his trusted friend Julien for another fun, informative and delicious demonstration. Sponsored by SuperValu Loughboy, it’s always a highlight of the festival and one not to miss!
