Elizabeth Dunphy, a Kilkenny native, is Pastry Sous chef of The Bishops Buttery, Cashel Palace’s Michelin Star restaurant. Growing up on a farm instilled in Elizabeth a deep appreciation for the hard work and dedication behind Ireland’s exceptional produce. As a result, she has a strong passion for working with local, seasonal ingredients.
