Imagine creating your own handmade butter dish, herb pot or serving plate inspired by Kilkenny’s wonderful local produce. Each session begins with a short, inspirational talk from a special guest—perhaps a local chef, farmer, grower or artisan food producer—before children design and make their own functional ceramic piece. Children will finish by decorating their work with colourful ceramic glazes.
All pieces will be professionally kiln-fired and can either be collected from The Happy Pottery studio in Kilkenny or posted anywhere within the Republic of Ireland (postage not included).
