Ireland’s leading menopause expert Catherine O’Keeffe AKA ‘The Wellness Warrior’ will be joined by Latin-American Chef Jeeny Maltese for this talk and cookery demo, highlighting foods that can help reduce brain fog, along with tips to achieve optimal brain function.

Catherine O’Keeffe AKA ‘The Wellness Warrior’ is the founder of Wellness Warrior, creator of Menopause Success Summit, and a Menopause Workplace Consultant. Catherine was 44 when she was ambushed by perimenopause, and like many, she didn’t have a clue what was happening! So she has made it her mission to empower women with the knowledge they need while lifting the taboo around Menopause in Ireland!  

Jeeny Maltese is a Latin-American born TV chef and food writer. Regularly featuring as a celebrity chef on RTÉ One, on the “Today Show with Maura & Daithi” and Virgin Media on “The Six O’Clock Show”.
