Ben Davis

A native of New Zealand, Ben along with his wife and children have called Kilkenny home for many years. His previous roles were in Zuni, Cashel Palace, Lyrath Estate to mention a few and now holds the title as Executive Chef at Butler House where he has reimagined their menu to create memories using the best of Irish produce and producers.
