For Savour Kilkenny 2023, Keith and Carmel Boyle will be welcoming renowned chef and restaurateur Dylan McGrath and celebrated sommelier Ed Jolliffe to join them at newly opened ‘The Bridge House’ for a spectacular evening of fine food and wine. Dylan McGrath who won and retained a Michelin Star for his acclaimed restaurant Mint in Ranelagh and judge on RTE’s MasterChef will join Keith in the kitchen to create an exclusive Savour tasting menu featuring some of his signature dishes.
Carmel will be joined upstairs in the Grand Dining Room by Ed Jolliffe former Head Sommelier of Chapter One Restaurant in Dublin and now Wine Consultant for Pembroke Wines to curate a spectacular wine pairing featuring some of Ed’s hand chosen cellar favourites to complement each dish.
