Alice Tevlin is the owner/founder of RUA, which was born from a desire to bring healthy, wholesome food to Irish businesses and homes too busy to cook! Alice is Ballymaloe alumni and uses her knowledge to ensure that enjoyment is in every bite. Her joy comes from the seeing the happiness on the faces of people around Ireland as they enjoy RUA goods.
