Una Fitzgibbon, Marketing Services Director, Bord Bia will outline Bord Bia’s industry strategy for enhancing our international reputation by becoming a world leader in sustainable food & drink production through the recently launched Origin Green sustainability development programme.
Padraig Brennan, Senior Analyst, Bord Bia will highlight the reasons for all food & drink companies to embrace the challenges of sustainability with a focus on small businesses: explaining what sustainable production is, outlining the 3 pillars of sustainability and giving case study examples of how small companies are benefiting from being more sustainable.
