Calling all budding young chefs! The theme of this year’s Young Chefs Cooking Competition is LOCAL FOOD HEROES. All you have to do is submit an original recipe (starter, main course or dessert) that features at least ONE ingredient from one of our fabulous local food producers. Email your recipes to info@savourkilkenny.com, or post to Savour Kilkenny, 11 Patrick Street Kilkenny before October 11th. Remember to include contact details – name, address, age & phone number. Ten finalists will be chosen to prepare their dish and submit to our panel of experts.
