They say too many cooks spoil the broth…what about too many Mammies? This year, Savour asks the question – Can the yummy mummies of 2012 cook alongside their own mammies to compete in a mystery bag cook off? Two teams of modern day yummy mummies and their own lovely mammies will compete to see who can work together the best to pull off the most nutritious, creative and appetising meal in 30 minutes from a mystery bag of ingredients! Mummies and Mammies will be given three lifelines to help them on their way. They can ask one question from either local chef heroes Anne Neary and Edward Hayes or our trusty audience. Come along and witness the battle of the festival!
After tasting their produce, the audience will vote for the best pair of the contest!
